Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

Please keep in mind that shipping to the east coast may take longer.  CALL OR EMAIL US if you have any questions.    Currently at this time we are not shipping Internationally. International Shipping will go live middle of 2026.

Fulfillment times:  We will notify you with an email for when your order ships.  If you don't see it show up in your inbox, please check JUNK or PROMOTIONS folders in your email client.  If they do show up there, move that email into your inbox and your email client will adjust and put any future emails from us into your inbox. 

We will fulfill the order and ship the items out within the same week 3-5  business days during normal operating times and 5-7 business days during high demand times. Certain items we sell require a manufacture time of 7 days.   

Estimated Times Of Delivery

Estimated delivery of your order can vary greatly depending on your location and which shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 business days for UPS / USPS express shipping, and 7-10 business days for UPS / USPS standard shipping.

We do our very best to ship your order the same week we receive it as a small business we have limited staff. Although not guaranteed, our shipping team will work hard to ship your order same day if possible, or the following business day, once your order has been received.

Orders placed in the morning (before 10:00 am Pacific time GMT-8 in the winter GMT-7 in the summer) will be shipped out the same day if contents of the full order are in-stock.

 

High Demand Order Processing

Due to high order demand that coincide with holidays, promotions or specials, our shipping team will sometimes process orders over the weekend, and orders will be noted as "Complete" status with active tracking information during this time frame.

In the above circumstance, all such orders will be shipped the following business day, as our carriers only pick up Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. If an order is noted as "Complete" with active tracking on a non-business day, this does not notate that the parcel has been passed off to the carrier, and does not count as an active shipping day.

Shipping Damage:

RCTV ensures every shipment and shipping damage will be covered. If you receive a shipment and there is obvious, serious damage visible from outside of the shipping box, please refuse the shipment. This will ensure the easiest, quickest process to get you a replacement item. 

If you unpack your product and find hidden damage, please email photos of the damage along with your name and address and a short explanation to the email address on the "Contact" page of this website

Do All Orders Over $150.00 will Qualify For Free Shipping?

Yes all orders over $150.00 USD.

 

I Just Received a Tracking Number, but It Doesn’t Work?

Once your order is shipped via UPS / USPS, the tracking number will not be active until the carrier picks up your order. Depending upon the carrier or method of shipping, this may take a few hours after the order is picked up.

 

I Want to Make A Change On My Order - How Can I Do?

If you just created an order and after 1 hour, you want to add or remove something in the order, you can contact us as soon as possible at: matt@rctvpilot.com for assist.

 

My Package Is Delayed – How Can I Resolve?

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking number first, and if the tracking information has not changed after several days, please contact us. If delayed beyond an unusual norm, we can file a trace upon your behalf and do our best to find out where the parcel may be held up at. This is an exception to international orders, which can take multiple weeks to update.

 

My Order Arrived with Damage or Errors – How Can I Resolve?

In the case of any order errors or product damage related to shipping, please send your email with photos to: matt@rctvpilots.com For quick help, please have your order number ready so we can rapidly assist you.

My Order Arrived with Shipping Damage – What Should I Do?

If your order arrives with apparent shipping damage, notify the carrier of the damage and refuse the shipment. If the order was left at your door with shipping damage, or you received the order with damage, please do not open the box; contact us for instructions, and we will be sure to assist.

 

I Want To Return My Order - What Should I Do?

If you already received your order, open the box and then change your mind and want to make a return, you can contact us at: matt@rctvpilots.com  and we will assist you. But keep in mind that you are fully responsible for shipping cost back to us plus any import tax (if international) for the shipment. After we get your shipment back, we will double check all parts, kits inside, and if all ok, the amount you got refund will be calculated by: Amount of total Order - Shipping costs to you - Import tax
